Stop FIFA Training For One Week?

Right after I finished my WCG, I proudly tell myself that I will stop training FIFA for a week before resume to my usual after that. When that decission is made, I was very happy as I started to have more time for myself. Guess what happened after day 2 without training? I already started thinking about FIFA and how I can improve myself further. Playing FIFA used to be my hobby, and it turned to be not my hobby due to the buggy version last year. But I think, playing FIFA has become my hobby once again. I will be up for training anytime soon once I am done with my non-gaming issue. WGT is waiting for me and I am not gonna get 2nd anymore. =))

Finally......A Post!

It's been like a month since I last update here. To be specific, it's around 6 weeks because my last post is regarding the starting of my internship. I was really busy since July because I need to balance between my gaming time and working time. Weekend is the only time that I can really improve my gaming skills, while weekdays are used to do my usual drills to keep myself in shape. Overall, my achievement for this season is not bad. Getting No.2 in both Celgames and WCG.MY is not really easy and it requires luck as well. To conclude my gaming career so far, I will be looking forward to see whether I can find a way to Germany for WCG or not. While for my internship, things are getting better. More work to do, but still have free time once in a while. Now that I spend less time for gaming, I really hope to update this blog more frequent.

Day 1: Welcome to AMD!

Welcome to AMD!

That is what the worker there had been saying since 8.00 a.m. for about 4-5 times. I'm not sure whether I'm that welcome or not, but it does sounds nice to me. So, as expected, first day will be an introduction to the company and also a mini tour. AMD Penang is a manufacturing company, so I just go around the production department and see how their make their products. At first the feeling is kinda cool, wearing some protection robe, their ESD shoe and a mask walking around. However this feeling got bored after 3 hours, nothing special but just another uniform. The feeling that still feels great is the feeling going through the air shower. It's pretty cool the air blowing on me, and it will be even cooler if there's some gas spray on me (just jokin'! =p). There is not much to do today besides the tour because my supervisor is kinda busy today. Looking for something special tomorrow as I really bored walking around observing how the produce those processor.

AMD! Here I Come!

Intel Rawcks!!!

That is what I said when I got my first Core 2 Duo from WCG06 as prize for getting Champion. Before that, I always wanted to own an AMD processor. I like AMD that much simply because it's green and it's not dominating the market that time. But after my WCG pc, I turned into Intel supporter. Enough of background check, let's get into the main story.

"AMD! Here I Come!"

From the point of view of common readers, you will think that I am about to go AMD for some mini tour, or some exhibition or maybe.........to work? Yes, I am going to AMD and spend my 3 months of internship there. I feel great, really great. I still haven't stop supporting AMD even though my whole house is full of Intel PC although I did say 'Intel Rawcks!!!'. I will be reporting for duty there on the 7th of July and will keep blogging here every once in a while from now onwards. See ya!

Trapped In The Toilet

I know i haven't been posting all this while, but today is different. Not because my mood is good but because I caught myself in a freaking bad day! Have you ever get trapped in your own toilet before? Sure I have. Not only that, I was alone at home and my housemates will only be back earliest Saturday. If I'm lucky, Mav might come back on Friday.

While, when I'm trapped in the stupid toilet, I'm pretty sure that the only way for me to survive is to climb out from the tiny little window which is around 54cm X 60cm located 180cm above the ground. I remember my father told me that, as long as my head can go through a hole, my whole body can go through it also. And I got no choice now but to believe it.

The first time I go for it, I failed. My leg barely can go through the window. But I didn't give up, because the only way for me to survive is to climb out from the window. So I go for second try. And this time is a little better. Because after my second try, I figured out that I'm sure I can get out of the toilet. But whether I get my head knocked or not, it's another question. And my leg almost cramp during my second try. So I did some stretching before my last try.

On my last try, I managed to get my left leg out. So I slowly moved my body out of the toilet that time and left my right leg this time. This is the second decision that I have to make, that is whether to drop down or to slowly move my right leg out. I choose not to fall cause I'm scared of it. Of course, no one loves falling down where you can't land with two foot. In the end, I managed to get my right leg out with some scratches.

I'm really fortunate this time. If not, I will have to survive for 3 days by not eating and drinking toilet water (the worst case). And also I learned a lesson today, that is:

NEVER LOCK YOUR TOILET DOOR WHEN NO ONE ELSE IS AT HOME!

Or at least like my friend just told me, 'bring your handphone along to the toilet'.

I post this out because I hope no one else will have to die in your own toilet by getting trapped for days. Thanks for reading, this is my first post of 2008. I'll continue posting when I'm free.
